horizontalis or Pennywort or Navelwort belongs to the Sedum family. The 'horizontalis' refers to the flowers being held at near horizontal level as opposed to pendulous in the Umbilicus Rupestris variety.
It is common in rock crevices, cliffs and old walls. The flower in the bottom picture is dried out and from the previous year
